ㅤGeneral✦ By commissioning me you automatically agree to these ToS.✦ I reserve the right to decline a commission request without giving a reason.✦ Terms may be updated, but changes will not affect already paid commissions.✦ Keep in mind that English is not my first language, so please choose your words more simply.
ㅤPayment & Refunds✦ Payment via Lava.top (a payment service that supports PayPal)✦ Full prepayment.✦ No refunds.
ㅤProcess✦ You provide the concept of your character, description, and references (if available).✦ I draw a sketch and send it to you. Revisions are accepted during the sketch stage.Revisions:✦ After the sketch is approved, only minor changes are allowed. Major changes require additional payment.✦ After the final artwork is submitted, only very small edits are possible. Large changes are treated as a new commission and must be paid separately.Deadlines:✦ Usual turnaround time: 1 week – 1 month. You may specify your preferred deadline.✦ Rush commission (less than 3 days) costs x2 (+100%). Deadlines may also vary depending on the complexity of the work, please clarify when ordering.✦ If there are delays (personal reasons, illness), I will inform you in advance.
ㅤRights & Usage✦ I retain all copyright to the artwork.✦ I may publish the commission artwork in my portfolio, on social media.✦ If you want the work to remain private, this must be discussed in advance.✦ The client receives personal use rights unless otherwise agreed.Personal use includes:- avatars, banners, profile decoration;- printing the art for yourself (for example - a poster);- sharing on social media with credit to me.Not allowed without commercial license:- selling prints, merchandise, or products with the art;- using the art in advertisements, books, games, etc.;- removing my signature or watermark.Commercial use:Must be discussed separately. Commercial use costs 60% of the base price.
